APAC Retail Digital Transformation Project Manager (Contract)

Job summary

LTM in Singapore is seeking an experienced O+O Project Manager / Business Analyst to join the Travel Retail APAC IT team. This role will bridge business and technology, driving digital transformation across APAC while managing key enterprise applications.

Note: This is a 6‑month contract. The ideal candidate has Retail, Digital Transformation, CRM and omnichannel experience, with strong stakeholder management and proven delivery across Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Retail, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis or IT Project Management roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Retail Operations, E‑Commerce, Digital Marketing and Omnichannel ecosystems.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end projects using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements, writing functional specs and creating training materials.
• Ability to lead workshops, drive user adoption and deliver training programs.
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail and Media stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation and efficiency.
• Lead regional rollout of global digital and retail initiatives across APAC.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from requirements through implementation, training and post‑go‑live support.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to align objectives with solutions.
• Collaborate with Travel Retail and Group IT to ensure successful project execution.
• Facilitate workshops and change management activities.
• Embed security and Secure‑by‑Design principles into solution design.
• Manage incidents, service requests and enhancements for business‑critical applications.
• Oversee application governance, audits and license reviews.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams for stability and continuous improvement.
