Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an O+O Project Manager to lead digital and retail transformation initiatives across APAC. You will manage end-to-end projects, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, and Travel Retail teams, and ensure secure-by-design delivery.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, and related platforms.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in Digital, Retail, E-Commerce, CRM, or Omnichannel transformation projects.
• End-to-end technology or business transformation projects in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail, and Media business processes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and translating needs into functional solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills for engaging senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Anaplan, Power BI, SharePoint, and related platforms.
• Knowledge of API integrations, cloud solutions, interface management, and application architecture.
• Understanding of Cybersecurity, IT governance, and application compliance principles.
• Experience with PIM and DAM is advantageous.
• Experience in Retail, Luxury, Consumer Goods, Beauty, or Travel Retail industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Business Relationship Manager for Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retail, and Media across APAC.
• Partner with business teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and support digital transformation.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into functional specs and user stories.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams for successful delivery of digital and retail solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for design, enhancements, and support.
• Collaborate with Travel Retail teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to share best practices.
• Drive project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and status reporting.
• Ensure applications comply with Secure-by-Design and security standards.
