Job summary

Bank of America in Singapore seeks an experienced Program Manager within Data, Reporting & Operations Management (DROM) to lead regulatory reporting, transformation, and operating model initiatives for APAC.

The role focuses on governance, delivery of complex transformation programs, and collaboration with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Control functions to achieve regulatory outcomes and improvements in the operating model.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years’ experience in project or change management within financial services.
• Experience delivering regulatory, operational, technology, or control-related transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
• Experience leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee execution of a portfolio of projects impacting APAC DROM organization.
• Develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing for new change initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and drive delivery outcomes.
• Provide governance updates, recommendations and decision support to senior management.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and control enhancements across regulatory reporting.
