Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to join the DROM Strategy, Change & Transformation team in APAC. The role supports non-financial regulatory reporting and transaction reporting changes across multiple regulatory initiatives.

You will document business requirements, maps, BRDs and RTMs, and work with PMs and SMEs to ensure timely delivery while coordinating with Global Markets, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Analysis/Change Management in financial services.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting change or remediation initiatives.
• Understanding of Global Markets and/or Global Banking products and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to meet deadlines with evolving information.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of BA techniques: use case development, process mapping, requirements docs.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory change across APAC.
• Support regulatory reporting change initiatives with DROM regulatory reporting teams.
• Define and implement regulatory change within operational processes.
• Create and maintain BRDs, process maps, requirements/JIRAs, RTM.
• Contribute BA input into project governance and steering committees.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations and status updates for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Global Markets, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology.
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented and delivered within timelines.
• Manage multiple priorities across evolving change initiatives.
