You will support strategic regulatory reporting and transformation initiatives across APAC, collaborating with business, operations, compliance and technology.

The role requires 8+ years in business analysis or change management within financial services, with hands-on regulatory reporting programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business analysis or change management within financial services.
• Experience delivering regulatory reporting change initiatives across APAC.
• Strong ability to translate regulatory obligations into technical requirements.
• Data lineage, reconciliation, and data quality analysis skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, SIT, and defect remediation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate regulatory obligations into business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, process maps, user stories, JIRA tickets, and traceability matrices.
• Conduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and data mapping across systems.
• Support regulatory reporting rewrites, remediation programs, and transformations.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation activities with defect analysis and approvals.
• Partner with Global Markets, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Tech teams.
• Prepare governance materials and updates to project steering groups.
• Support data migration, backloading, and post go-live validation.
