Job summary

Bank of America Singapore is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the APAC Regulatory Reporting Change team. The role supports delivery of regulatory reporting and transformation initiatives across APAC, partnering with business, operations, compliance and technology to implement regulatory change.

You will translate regulatory obligations into business requirements, produce BRDs and JIRAs, map data, support UAT and governance updates, and work with Global Markets, Global Banking, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analysis or Change Management experience within financial services.
• Hands-on experience delivering regulatory reporting change initiatives across APAC markets with familiarity with MAS, ASIC, HKMA, JFSA, Korea or RBI.
• Ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical business requirements and artefacts.
• Strong data analysis capability including data lineage, reconciliation breaks and data quality issues.
• Experience supporting UAT, SIT or defect remediation activities with readiness evidence.
• Ability to work across regional APAC teams and global delivery partners.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting concepts like UTI, UPI, CDE, and trade lifecycle events.
• Experience producing BRDs, process flows, control docs, test scenarios, and governance updates.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid delivery and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate regulatory obligations into business and functional requirements.
• Create BRDs, process maps, user stories, JIRAs and traceability matrices.
• Perform gap analysis, impact assessments and data mapping across systems.
• Support regulatory reporting rewrites, remediation initiatives and transformation programmes.
• Coordinate UAT and implementation activities including defect analysis and approvals.
• Partner with stakeholders across Global Markets, Global Banking, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Technology.
• Prepare governance materials and updates to project working groups and steering committees.
• Support data migration, backloading and post go-live validation where required.
