Job summary

Argyll Scott Asia is seeking a Business Analyst to join the DROM Strategy, Change & Transformation team in APAC, supporting the deployment of change across the bank's Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) capability, including Transaction Reporting.

The role will work with Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts to document business requirements, processes and change impacts across regulatory and transformation initiatives, covering both mandated and discretionary change in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Change Management within Financial Services.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory change across APAC.
• Support regulatory reporting change initiatives by partnering with DROM regulatory reporting teams.
• Define and implement regulatory change within operational processes.
• Create and maintain artefacts such as BRDs, process maps, requirements/JIRAs, RTM.
• Provide BA input into project governance activities and status updates for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Global Markets, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Technology.
