Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in regional supply chain, forecasting, planning and order fulfilment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of stock control, MRP, ABC analysis, and cycle counting.
• Ability to propose improvements in consultation with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of S&OP, capacity planning, and MRP processes.
• Ability to manage new product transitions and balance supply with demand.
• Knowledge of supply chain performance measurement.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cultures.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry regional oversight experience is preferred.
• APICS or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC supply chain KPIs.
• Lead order fulfilment and supply planning across the region.
• Respond to operational escalations from commercial and supply teams.
• Drive fulfillment meetings with global planning and customer service teams.
• Coordinate cross-country supply risk and crisis response activities.
• Develop regional automation roadmap for WMS/TMS and planning.
• Lead weekly order fulfilment meetings.
• Manage planning exceptions and allocations.
• Provide regional KPI reporting to management.
• Support inventory strategy and safety stock targets.
