Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Planning & Operations, to lead end-to-end supply planning, inventory stewardship, and operational execution for the Nutrition portfolio.

You will partner with 3PLs, transport partners, and regional teams to ensure product availability, optimal inventory, and on-time customer fulfillment while driving continuous improvement through new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory management, S&OP/IBP, or related functions.
• Experience in Nutrition, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Medical Nutrition, or other regulated supply chain environments preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply planning process for assigned product portfolios, ensuring alignment between demand requirements, supply availability, and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain effective and timely supply plans to support business growth, market demand, and service level objectives.
• Monitor supply-demand imbalances and proactively recommend mitigation actions to address shortages, excess inventory, or supply constraints.
• Lead the bi-weekly replenishment planning process and be responsible for Local Value Added (LVA) planning and repacking services.
