DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Deputy Service Delivery Director to join the Singapore leadership team and co-lead regional service operations across Asia Pacific. This high-impact role offers a clear pathway to full ownership of the Service Delivery function within roughly 12 months.

The candidate will oversee multi-country payroll, EOR, and HR outsourcing services, drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and engage senior client stakeholders to ensure service quality and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• 12+ years in payroll outsourcing, EOR, HR outsourcing, or shared services.
• Minimum 5 years leading regional, multi-country teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-country payroll, EOR and HR outsourcing services across APAC.
• Lead Service Delivery managers and cross-country teams.
• Own and manage service KPIs and SLAs; monitor performance trends.
