Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Regional Security Manager – APAC based in Singapore to lead physical security across the region and elevate security standards for data centers, corporate sites, and construction projects.

You will partner with Global Security, Operations, Engineering, Construction, and Legal teams to drive risk-based security improvements, compliance, and incident response across multiple sites in APAC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in physical security or related field.
• Experience leading programs across multiple sites or countries.
• Background in data center or critical infrastructure security preferred.
• Experience managing vendors and service providers.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and incident response.
• Willingness to travel regularly across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security program across APAC and align with global standards.
• Act as regional security contact for data center and corporate security matters.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Construction, Cyber Security, Legal, and Compliance.
• Report on regional security posture, risks, incidents, and remediation.
• Oversee security at APAC data centers and colocation facilities.
• Support new construction security requirements and commissioning.
• Coordinate with SOC/GSOC and local providers for monitoring and response.
