Job summary

Concentric Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Regional Security Manager based in Singapore to lead APAC physical-security operations, drive risk-based decisions, and supervise security vendors. The role requires regular international travel and a hybrid schedule with our client in Singapore.

You will define regional priorities, coordinate with GSOC and cross-functional partners, and ensure protective measures align with global standards while adapting to local conditions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in physical security, risk, resilience, or related operations in a multinational organization.
• Experience leading multi-country physical-security operations across APAC.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarms, visitor management, and guard-force operations.
• Experience serving as an incident leader or Incident Commander during complex events.
• Ability to translate global standards to local conditions while maintaining controls.
• Experience managing security providers through SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, staffing, and contracts.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the APAC physical-security operating plan and risk remediation roadmap.
• Translate global standards into locally executable controls across offices and facilities.
• Serve as regional escalation point and incident Commander for security events.
• Drive security requirements for new offices, relocations, and technology deployments.
• Strengthen GSOC handoffs, incident documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Govern security providers through SLAs, KPIs, and budget decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics and drive improvements.
• Use AI and automation where appropriate with safeguards.
