Job summary

Kerry Consulting partners with a leading multinational organisation to hire a Regional Internal Controls Lead to drive the internal controls agenda across APAC. You will partner with senior finance stakeholders to strengthen governance, risk management and process excellence.

The role requires deep experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management and compliance within multinational environments, with a focus on remediation, standardisation and automation of processes to embed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management or finance controls in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of audit processes, governance frameworks, US GAAP and/or IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Internal Controls programme across APAC, aligning with corporate control frameworks, policies and governance requirements.
• Assess effectiveness of key business and financial controls, identify control gaps and areas for improvement.
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and strengthen control effectiveness through process improvement, automation and standardisation.
• Partner with stakeholders across the region to embed strong governance across business processes.
