Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking an Internal Controller for its Asia Business Unit. The role involves strengthening internal controls across entities, governance, procurement, payroll and IT risk, with regular travel across Asia. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR and Legal to protect assets and ensure policy adherence.

Minimum 3–5 years in control/audit roles, with a degree in a related field; professional certifications are a plus. On-site Asia-based position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal control, internal audit, risk management or compliance.
• Experience in multinational, engineering, consulting or project-based org preferred.
• Understanding of financial and operational processes and segregation of duties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Asia BU internal control framework and risk maps.
• Review and strengthen project governance, procurement, payroll and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with IT, Legal and Compliance on data protection and process controls.
• Prepare internal control dashboards and reports for regional management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Internal Control/Audit/Finance

CIA/ACCA/CPA/CISA certification (advantage)
