Job summary

Rotork, a market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, is seeking an experienced Regional HSE Manager - APAC based in Singapore. You will partner with regional leadership to drive HSE governance, safety excellence and risk management across multiple sites and business areas.

You will lead the implementation of global HSE strategy, monitor compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements, and champion continuous improvements in safety performance and operational

Qualifications

• Significant HSE leadership experience in multinational environments.
• Proven ability to drive governance/frameworks across regions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 and regulatory regimes in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HSE business partner to APAC leadership and operations.
• Support global HSE strategy deployment and governance across the region.
• Provide expert guidance on occupational and process safety and environmental risk management.
• Lead regional HSE networks, audits, and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with regulators, customers and external stakeholders as needed.
