Job summary

CMA CGM is offering an HR internship in APAC with exposure to multinational HR processes and regional campaigns. You will support the Regional Manager and Country HR Managers with HR activities, data analysis, and onboarding tasks within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a career in HR with genuine interest.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis is desirable.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time during the internship term.

Responsibilities

• Support APAC HR activities and coordinate projects within the region.
• Prepare HR documents, draft internal communications, and maintain HR databases.
• Assist Country HR Managers with regional tasks and policy alignment.
• Support Centre of Excellence Leads to enhance region-wide HR capabilities.
• Develop guidelines and SOPs; participate in data analysis and PowerPoint tasks.
• Assist with intern lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and feedback.
• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and update recruitment data.
