Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a Senior Group Finance Manager to lead regional reporting, consolidation, and policy application across markets. You will drive technical accounting, guide offshore teams, and own the quality of financial reporting.

In this leadership role, you will coordinate audits, strengthen controls, oversee tax compliance, and contribute to ERP enhancements and process improvements while engaging with regional leadership. Travel about 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• CA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Experience in group reporting, consolidation and corporate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial reporting and consolidation outputs.
• Apply technical judgement to resolve complex accounting matters.
• Lead audit coordination with external auditors.
• Strengthen financial controls and oversee regional tax compliance.
• Drive ERP enhancements and process improvements; support market expansion.
