Vantor is seeking an Event Specialist to drive APAC and regional events from planning to onsite execution. You will coordinate with Sales, BD, Marketing, Product and partners, ensuring events align with global campaigns while adapting messaging for local audiences.

Your role involves managing timelines, budgets, vendors and guest experiences, capturing leads, and delivering post-event analyses to improve future activity across APAC. Hybrid work in Singapore.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience executing events in APAC or distributed markets.
• Experience supporting events in technology or B2B environments is preferred.
• Strong project-management skills and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute APAC and regional events aligned with global strategy and campaigns.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, sponsorships, logistics and deliverables.
• Coordinate with sales, BD, marketing, product and partners across regional teams.
• Adapt messaging for local audiences while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee invitations, registration, audience development and lead routing.
• Lead onsite execution, booth presence, sessions, meetings and hospitality.
• Track attendance, engagement, leads, pipeline influence and post-event reporting.
• Conduct post-event reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future activity.
