Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Vice President for Regional Construction Execution (APAC) to lead design, supply chain, and construction within the region. You will drive strategic plans, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards across APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in construction management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for construction, design, and supply chain. Identify growth opportunities, speed to market, and cost optimization.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of construction, design, and supply chain professionals and foster a high-performing environment.
• Regional Leadership: Lead the broader GID team in-region and collaborate with global teams.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are initiated to completion within plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Monitor performance to ensure compliance and quality.
• Supply Base Development: Develop a reliable regional supply base with key partners.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Liaise on funding plans, forecasts, and reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to QA and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and report progress.
