Job summary

Nscale is seeking a SVP, DC (Design & Construction) – APAC to lead regional delivery strategy, platform design, and multi-country capital programmes for hyperscale data centres across APAC. You will define delivery standards, governance, and partnerships to scale operations with speed and reliability.

Reporting to the executive team, the role demands deep APAC market knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of scaling complex infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
• 15–20 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data centre construction.
• Proven leadership of multi-country, multi-billion-dollar capital programmes.
• Experience building and scaling delivery platforms, not just delivering individual projects.
• Strong APAC market knowledge, regulatory, labour, and supply chain experience.
• Deep technical familiarity with data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, redundancy, commissioning).
• Extensive commercial experience, including structuring and negotiating large-scale contracts.

Responsibilities

• Define APAC-wide construction delivery model, governance, standards, and processes.
• Establish scalable multi-country execution frameworks balancing central control with local agility.
• Standardise design, procurement, and delivery methodologies to accelerate deployment.
• Own delivery of a portfolio of concurrent hyperscale and edge data centre builds across APAC.
• Drive schedule certainty and capital efficiency with programme controls and reporting.
• Lead procurement strategy and regional supplier frameworks; negotiate contracts at scale.
• Build and lead a senior regional leadership team; define hiring and succession plans.
