Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an Inland and Logistics Services Supervisor for the APAC region, based in Singapore. The role focuses on managing dry equipment assets, optimizing deployment, and controlling idle stock to reduce costs while improving utilization.

You will coordinate with Head Office, agencies, and cross-functional teams to align with budgets and service levels, driving digitalization and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in shipping and equipment operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel data consolidation.
• Experience with Qlik Sense or similar stock management systems.
• Hands-on equipment positioning and dry container fleet management.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dry equipment inventory across Asia region in line with HO directives.
• Plan and optimize equipment flows to support deficit and surplus locations.
• Manage idle container assets to minimize costs and improve utilization.
• Coordinate with Head Office, agencies, and internal teams to reposition equipment.
• Monitor equipment status, location, and availability across portfolio.
• Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
