• Lead the regional IBD portfolio strategy and business leadership across Asia Pacific, translating market and patient insights into clear strategic choices and resource recommendations.
• Drive regional launch readiness and lifecycle planning, including market shaping and indication expansion, with disciplined performance tracking.
• Build trusted partnerships with country business units and regional leads to convert regional strategy into local priorities, launches and execution standards.
• Provide cross-functional leadership across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Health Economics, Regulatory, and Supply Chain functions; ensure alignment and governance.
• Develop capabilities and talents within the regional team to sustain high-performance execution.
