Job summary

Socomec Asia Pacific Pte Ltd seeks a Regional CFO to steer financial strategy across China, Greater India, and SE Asia. You will partner with the CEO APAC and Group CFO to drive profitable growth, governance, and cross-border performance in a multi-entity setup.

You will lead FP&A, treasury, tax, and reporting, ensuring alignment with global standards while delivering value through capital allocation and strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading Finance for MNCs
• Regional APAC finance exposure preferred
• Strong regulatory, tax and compliance knowledge
• Proven leadership and people development skills
• Executive stakeholder engagement and board interaction

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to CEO APAC and executive team
• Drive APAC financial strategy for scalable growth and operational excellence
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long-term planning
• Monitor performance metrics and identify risks/opportunities
• Oversee inventory, cash, capex, and treasury aligned with Group standards
• Lead due diligence and post-acquisition integration for M&A initiatives
