Job summary

socomec asia pacific pte. ltd. is seeking a Regional CFO to lead all finance activities across APAC, spanning China, Greater India and Southeast Asia Pacific.

You will partner with the CEO APAC and Group CFO to enable profitable growth, ensure strong financial discipline and support strategic decision-making in a complex, multi-entity environment. The role demands strategic leadership, governance, and operational excellence, with responsibility for budgeting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and reporting

Qualifications

• At least 15 years leading finance functions in multinational companies.
• Experience managing regional APAC finance portfolios across multiple entities.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting and performance management.
• Deep understanding of APAC regulatory, tax and compliance frameworks.
• Executive communication and ability to influence at senior/board levels.
• Organizational transformation leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to CEO APAC and executive team on investments and growth.
• Drive financial strategy for scalable growth, manufacturing expansion and market leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long term planning for APAC.
• Monitor revenue, margins, cash flow and identify risks/opportunities.
• Oversee treasury, working capital, capex and cross-border compliance.
• Lead M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration and capital allocation.
