Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with direct impact on multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and oversee hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Plan budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning processes, and standard management reporting.
• Review staff input to assist with strategic planning.
• Develop departmental policies and procedures to meet deadlines and standards.
• Oversee the preparation of reporting results and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations to support initiatives within the business.
• Navigate capex projects within company guidelines.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values in decision making.
• Identify and solve multi-dimensional problems leveraging available resources.
