Job summary

Atoms is seeking a seasoned Corporate Real Estate and Commercial Counsel to join our APAC legal team in Singapore. You will negotiate and draft complex contracts, structure partnerships, and advise on regulatory matters for a rapidly growing global business.

In this role you will collaborate across functions, support corporate entity setups in APAC, and train teams on compliance and policy implementation while managing external counsel efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Experience across APAC jurisdictions is ideal.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft real estate and commercial contracts and documents.
• Provide expert legal advice on real estate and commercial matters.
• Structure, negotiate and draft partnership, leasing, and real estate-related documents.
• Collaborate to create policies and best practices for commercial and real estate deals.
• Negotiate contracts with customers including large enterprises.
• Help set up and maintain corporate entities in APAC markets.
• Find pragmatic legal/regulatory solutions for a growing global business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse business units.
• Conduct legal and compliance training for internal teams and stakeholders; support policy implementation.
• Manage outside counsel work and spend.
