Atoms is seeking a seasoned corporate real estate and commercial contracts lawyer to join our APAC team in Singapore. You will provide expert advice, negotiate complex agreements, and help structure strategic partnerships with restaurants and real estate assets.

You will collaborate across business units, manage external counsel, and guide regulatory and compliance matters, with fluency in English and APAC experience. Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of strong law firm and/or in‑house experience.
• Experience in the real estate sector in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Commercial contract negotiation experience is required.
• Experience across APAC jurisdictions and areas of practice.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin/Chinese is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and draft real estate and commercial contracts and documents.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to our business, with a focus on real estate and commercial matters.
• Structure, negotiate and draft documents related to partnerships with restaurants, leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets and procurement.
• Collaborate with our business to create policies, processes and best practices for commercial and real estate deals.
• Negotiate commercial contracts with our customers, including large enterprises.
• Help set up and maintain corporate entities in APAC markets.
• Find creative and pragmatic legal and regulatory solutions for our rapidly‑g growing global business.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with a wide variety of business units.
• Conduct legal and compliance training for internal teams and support implementation of internal policies and best practices.
• Manage outside counsel work and efficiently manage outside counsel spend.
• Support all legal needs of the APAC business, including commercial, corporate, litigation, employment, real estate, data privacy and IP issues.
