Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Delivery for APAC to lead and govern the execution of power generation projects. The role requires steering project managers, maintaining governance, and driving alignment with regional stakeholders to meet schedule, budget, and specifications.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in project management, at least 5 years in the relevant sector, PMP certification, and a proven ability to lead in a high-pressure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) required.
• Proven leadership and project governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern project execution in accordance with Rolls-Royce guidelines.
• Staff and allocate project managers to PSB projects across APAC.
• Serve as first escalation point on execution topics and risks.
• Lead weekly execution reviews and coordinate with functional leads.
• Drive change orders to convert opportunities into orders and ensure on-time delivery.
