Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking an experienced Project Manager for electrical power generation projects. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and suppliers, and ensure on-time, on-budget handovers to customers.

The role requires a strong PM background, PMP certification, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across regions. Prior experience in diesel/generator or DRUPS industries is beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering engineered power solutions on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical power generation projects.
• Act as the face of the project from contract signature to handover.
• Collaborate with Sales, Execution Engineering, and suppliers to meet milestones.
