Optro, a high-growth AI-powered GRC platform provider, is seeking a Manager of Product Solutions with a deep background in Internal Audit, ERM, and Compliance across APAC. You’ll guide complex risk and control environments for diverse clients in Southeast Asia, ANZ, and Japan, acting as a strategic consultant and product expert for demonstrations and regional compliance insights.

Responsibilities

• Understand complex client environments and relate Optro’s platform value.
• Engage with C-level prospects to position strategic value and close opportunities.
• Lead executive meetings and set plans for sales growth and headcount needs.
• Demonstrate Optro products online or onsite with tailored messaging.
• Mentor internal resources and develop team members’ skills.
• Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and regional trends.
• Attend events to build relationships and uncover new opportunities.
