Job summary

Rogo is a rapidly growing AI-forward fintech company seeking a GRC Analyst to support global customer trust, security assurance, and compliance programs. You will collaborate with security, engineering, legal, and go-to-market teams to ensure clear communication of controls, risk posture, and security practices to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

You will contribute to compliance efforts across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR, including

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customer-facing security or compliance roles in a SaaS or cloud-native company.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, concise written responses.
• Understanding of enterprise security expectations across cloud infrastructure, access control, data protection, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Support customer trust and security assurance processes, including responding to customer security inquiries and risk assessments.
• Serve as a key contact for customer security reviews, providing accurate, consistent, and timely responses.
• Maintain and improve security documentation and response materials, ensuring alignment with current systems and controls.
• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to articulate technical controls in a customer-facing context.
• Support compliance initiatives across SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR, including evidence collection and audit readiness.
• Identify themes and gaps from customer inquiries to improve security and compliance practices.
• Help streamline and scale trust-related workflows as customer volume grows.
