Job summary

Optro is seeking a Manager of Product Solutions with strong Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and Compliance background to lead regional APAC initiatives. You will navigate complex risk environments, demonstrate the Optro platform, and collaborate with global teams to tailor solutions for diverse clients in Southeast Asia, ANZ, and Japan.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years experience in Big 4, Internal Audit, Compliance or Risk Management.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA/CA.
• BS in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expert understanding of internal audit methodology and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and cross-functional teams.
• English fluency; additional regional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, NIST desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand a complex client environment to relate how Optro's platform alleviates challenges.
• Engage with C-level prospects to position value and drive opportunities to closure.
• Participate in executive meetings and plan sales growth, marketing objectives, headcount.
• Present demonstrations of Optro products tailored to the client’s environment.
• Mentor and cross-train internal resources; develop team skills.
• Provide proactive thought leadership to target accounts.
• Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships for new opportunities.
