SD Legal is seeking a regulatory/TMT focused lawyer to join our Singapore office. You will work with business teams on product development for digital offerings and provide regulatory guidance across cross-border transactions.

The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as finance and technology contracts, and liaising with MAS/SFC and regional regulators to implement regulatory changes group-wide. 4-8 PQE and in-house/regulatory experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 4-8 PQE required.
• Regulatory/TMT practice area preferred.
• In-house/regulatory experience desirable.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-growing global company.

Responsabilités

• Work with business teams for product development such as supporting marketing and sales solutions for digital products.
• Support cross-border transactions with regulatory advice.
• Support business teams with various commercial agreements such as finance and technology contracts.
• Work with MAS/SFC and regional regulators to implement regulatory updates across the group.
