Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is offering an EIC Intern - Pricing & Analytics in Singapore to support the APAC pricing team. This role provides hands-on experience in pricing models, financial analysis, and market research for real estate outsourcing projects.

You will work with regional leaders and client solutions teams to craft pricing strategies and proposals, develop dashboards, and improve processes using analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working with large datasets and interpreting financial information.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative in diverse teams.
• Interest in commercial strategy, pricing, and real estate services desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support pricing model development for APAC proposals and client pursuits.
• Gather, validate, and analyse financial, operational, and market data.
• Perform pricing and cost benchmarking across countries and service lines.
• Prepare commercial analyses, business cases, and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, leaders, SMEs and account teams.
• Assist with client-facing proposal content and pricing summaries.
• Assist with data visualisation, reporting, and presentation development.
• Maintain pricing databases and assumptions libraries.
• Identify opportunities to automate pricing processes using analytics and AI.
