Job summary

UPS Asia Group PTE LTD is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage commercial quotation workflows, conduct market rate research, and support bid decisions across sales, operations and finance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics/Finance, strong Excel skills, and 2–5 years in logistics/quotation work.

You will develop pricing logic, maintain databases, and present proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Finance or related field is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
2–5 years of logistics/quotation-related working experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales and operations to support bidding.
Understand service features and cost structures to align with quotation needs.
Conduct market rate research and competitive benchmarking for opportunities.
Manage quotations in pricing systems and offline templates.
Develop pricing logic, margin thresholds and guidelines to differentiate deals.
Build pricing and costing models from historical data and forecasts.
Prepare and present pricing proposals to leadership with timely delivery.
Track quotation volume, win-rate and margin performance metrics.
