• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with QA, design tools, and supplier networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and qualification of new power transmission belt products from concept to volume production.
• Define product specs based on customer needs and market trends.
• Develop APAC product roadmap aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage programs, budgets, and schedules with regional/global stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to launch products.
• Identify ways to improve performance, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
