Job summary

The CHINT Singapore Headquarters is seeking a Solutions Manager (APAC) to serve as the regional technical solutions specialist. You will design, propose, and support end-to-end electrical power solutions across strategic segments in the Asia Pacific region.

You will collaborate with Country Sales and Customer Success Engineering teams to deliver complex, non-standard solutions for data centers, renewables, utilities, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local standards and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years' experience.
Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV power distribution systems and protection concepts.
Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end electrical solutions for APAC projects across HV/MV/LV power distribution systems.
Prepare and validate key engineering deliverables such as SLDs, technical specifications, and compliance documents.
Lead technical discussions and design reviews with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, and regulators.
Support country sales teams with proposals, technical queries, and pricing assumptions.
Ensure solutions are delivered safely and in line with CHINT quality requirements.
