Job summary

Stryker Corporation is hiring a regional strategic execution lead for APAC Neurovascular. This hybrid role in Singapore drives cohesive programs, cross-functional initiatives, and measurable growth by building a high-performing PMO and partnering with senior leaders across the region.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in project management or PMO/consulting.
Experience leading complex regional projects in a matrix environment.
Strong knowledge of APAC Medtech and healthcare dynamics/regulatory considerations.
Experience in multinational, highly matrixed organizations.
Willingness to travel as required (none indicated in role).

Responsibilities

Lead APAC NV strategic initiatives and cross-country projects end-to-end.
Develop business cases with measurable growth targets and required investments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive execution success and value realization.
Establish and evolve regional PMO governance, standards, and tools.
Coordinate with Global NV PMO and regional PMO teams to enable scalable delivery.
Champion consistency and excellence across all initiatives.
