Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Manager, Business Development & Strategy reporting to the Director, Business Excellence, APAC Neurovascular. The role will shape growth strategies across the KISA region (Korea, India, Southeast Asia, and Australia), partnering with regional and global stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, generate market insights, and support strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, corporate development, M&A, or business transformation, ideally in MedTech/Life Sciences/Healthcare.
• Experience driving complex regional projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience evaluating growth opportunities and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and evolving business environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide market insights and strategic input from the KISA region to shape APAC and Global Neurovascular strategies.
• Support the Director in developing and executing country growth strategies across the KISA region.
• Analyze business performance, market data and industry insights to support strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue growth opportunities, including partnerships and acquisitions in the KISA region.
• Support due diligence activities, integration planning, and execution for acquisitions or partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives.
• Foster collaboration across global and local teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends across KISA; support product launches and NPD portfolio planning.
