Job summary

Control Risks is seeking an experienced Physical Security Systems Administrator to support enterprise security technology across the APAC region. You will administer Genetec Security Center, Synergis Access Control, and video surveillance, coordinating with stakeholders and field teams.

In this role, you will configure devices, monitor system health, perform troubleshooting, manage service requests in Zendesk, and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing maintenance and projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience administering enterprise physical security systems.
• Hands-on Genetec Security Center experience (Synergis, video surveillance).
• Experience managing multiple service requests with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and information security concepts.
• Genetec certifications (SC-STC-001/SC-ETC-002) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise physical security systems (Genetec Center, Synergis).
• Program and configure new security devices and system upgrades across APAC.
• Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance issues.
• Manage service requests via Zendesk and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, installers, and site stakeholders for maintenance.
• Maintain system documentation and reporting for projects.
