Job summary

Stemgenic seeks an experienced search consultant to lead the Pharma & Life Sciences practice across APAC with full autonomy, building senior client relationships and delivering executive search mandates.

You will run the desk, bill actively, and drive revenue, while engaging senior stakeholders and HR partners across Pharma & Life Sciences in APAC. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with uncapped commission and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

Billing track record in executive search or senior recruitment.
Established network of client relationships across Pharma/Life Sciences APAC.
Deep understanding of Pharma & Life Sciences landscape in APAC.
Proven success in winning and delivering senior-level assignments.
Strong relationship-building with senior executives and decision-makers.
Self-driven, commercial approach with autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

Run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk across APAC, managing your own client portfolio and pipeline.
Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners within Pharma & Life Sciences companies across APAC.
Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer.
Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates with discretion and credibility.
Drive consistent revenue and placements from your desk.
Collaborate with other Stemgenic desks on shared clients and cross-sector opportunities.
