Stemgenic Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced executive search consultant to lead the Pharma & Life Sciences practice across APAC. This is a hands-on, billing-focused role with full autonomy, concentrating on client relationships and search delivery rather than team leadership.

You will run the desk across APAC, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners, win and deliver retained mandates from brief to offer, and headhunt senior candidates with discretion to

• Billing track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment within Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• Established network of client relationships across the sector with ability to develop business from day one.
• Proven success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments.

• Run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk across APAC, managing your own client portfolio and pipeline.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners within Pharma & Life Sciences companies across APAC.

The Opportunity

You will run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk with full autonomy, building senior client relationships and delivering executive search mandates across APAC. Job Requirements

• A strong and consistent billing track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment within Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or Life Sciences
• An established network of client relationships and commercial contacts across the sector, with the ability to develop business from day one
• Strong understanding of the Pharma & Life Sciences landscape, its business functions, leadership requirements and specialist talent markets in the APAC region
• Demonstrated success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments
• Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior executives and decision-makers

• A self-driven, commercial approach and comfort working with full autonomy
