Job summary

Stemgenic seeks an experienced search consultant to lead the Pharma & Life Sciences practice across APAC with full autonomy, building senior client relationships and delivering executive search mandates.

You will run the desk, bill actively, and drive revenue, while engaging senior stakeholders and HR partners across Pharma & Life Sciences in APAC. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with uncapped commission and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Billing track record in executive search or senior recruitment.
• Established network of client relationships across Pharma/Life Sciences APAC.
• Deep understanding of Pharma & Life Sciences landscape in APAC.
• Proven success in winning and delivering senior-level assignments.
• Strong relationship-building with senior executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk across APAC, managing your own client portfolio and pipeline.
• Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners within Pharma & Life Sciences companies across APAC.
• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer.
• Headhunt and engage senior, often passive, candidates with discretion and credibility.
• Drive consistent revenue and placements from your desk.
• Collaborate with other Stemgenic desks on shared clients and cross-sector opportunities.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced search consultant to drive our Pharma & Life Sciences practice across APAC.

The Opportunity

You will run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk with full autonomy, building senior client relationships and delivering executive search mandates across APAC. This is a hands-on, billing-focused role for someone who thrives on client relationships and search delivery, without the responsibility of managing a team.

What You Will Do

• Run the Pharma & Life Sciences desk across APAC, managing your own client portfolio and pipeline


• Build and deepen trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and HR partners within Pharma & Life Sciences companies across APAC


• Win and deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates, from brief to offer

What We Are Looking For

• A strong and consistent billing track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment within Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology or Life Sciences


• An established network of client relationships and commercial contacts across the sector, with the ability to develop business from day one


• Strong understanding of the Pharma & Life Sciences landscape, its business functions, leadership requirements and specialist talent markets in the APAC region


• Demonstrated success in winning and delivering senior-level recruitment or executive search assignments


• Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to engage senior executives and decision-makers


• A self-driven, commercial approach and comfort working with full autonomy
