Job summary

Smart IMS Inc. is seeking a Payments Technology Strategy Manager in Singapore. You will shape the Payments technology strategy for APAC, oversee analysis of payment tech across markets, and manage senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk management, regulatory awareness, and cross-divisional collaboration to deliver 3/5/10-year plans. You will engage with COOs, Application Managers, and governance teams to drive execution and ensure robust technology strategies in a leading global

Qualifications

Banking/Payments domain experience.
Bachelor’s degree in IT with 5–7+ years in IT/Banking.
Experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst within Banking IT/Finance IT.
Knowledge of APAC regulations and payment products.
Strong stakeholder communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage senior stakeholders communication and reporting.
Analyse current state of technology across payment products for 12 APAC Markets.
Develop and socialize 3, 5 and 10 year technology strategy.
Drive risk engagement & management and issue identification.
Foster risk culture in ITGPST.
Assess regulatory changes (MAS, HKMA, RBI, etc) and drive risk mitigation.
Identify opportunities to streamline technology management processes.
Assist business and process owners with identifying significant risks.
Partner across divisions to execute risk and technology strategy.
