Job summary

WSAudiology in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Intern to support APAC packaging procurement, assist on projects, and ensure documentation and system updates. You will contribute to cost-saving, audit readiness, and sustainability reporting, gaining hands-on exposure to supplier management and global supply chain operations.

You will collaborate with a global team and develop analytical and reporting skills using Excel and Power BI, while learning procurement processes and compliance

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a global team.

Responsibilities

• Support regional procurement projects for packaging, including pricing and RFQ analysis.
• Assist in efficiency and cost-saving initiatives for the packaging category in the APAC region, updating savings records and tracking progress against targets.
• Maintain system accuracy and purchasing parameters, ensuring documentation compliance per QMS requirements.
• Support audit readiness by managing vendor information and follow-ups.
• Assist in sustainability compliance initiatives with vendors and reporting to the global team.
