Job summary

Coty seeks a Regional Procurement Logistics Intern (APAC+ME) in Singapore for Jan-Jun. You will analyze data, review regional contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive cost-saving initiatives.

You’ll support tenders, roadmap projects, and OFIs while learning how external factors affect procurement decisions. The role emphasizes cross-cultural collaboration and proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to warehousing and freight activities, and an omni-working policy enabling up to 50%

Qualifications

Data analysis of cost comparisons in logistics region.
Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis on Cost comparison within the logistics portfolio in the region.
Drafting and reviewing contract to ensure all risk avenues are covered in the contract with suppliers.
Reviewing external factors that may impact business risk including inflation forecasts.
Support various tenders and projects related to APAC Logistics Strategy Roadmap.
Prepare and coordinate presentations with internal/external stakeholders.
Implement Opportunities For Improvement (OFI) identified by the team.
