Job summary

WSA is seeking a proactive Procurement Intern to support APAC packaging procurement initiatives. You will help with RFQ analyses, pricing projects, and ensuring documentation aligns with QMS standards, while contributing to cost-saving and sustainability efforts across a global supplier network.

You will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supplier management, and cross-functional teamwork within a truly international business environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and collaboration with global team.

Responsibilities

• Support regional packaging procurement projects for APAC, including pricing and RFQ analysis.
• Assist cost-saving initiatives and track progress against targets.
• Maintain system accuracy and purchasing parameters per QMS requirements.
• Support audit readiness by managing vendor information and follow-ups.
• Assist in sustainability compliance initiatives with vendors and reporting.
