- Experience across Asia Pacific markets in regional or global roles.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the regional P&C transformation roadmap with a focus on AI and analytics across retail and commercial lines.
- Identify AI solutions addressing common needs across operating entities and define IT platform requirements.
- Drive process standardisation and automation to scale across markets.
- Engage senior stakeholders to prioritise initiatives and secure buy-in.
- Monitor progress and measure value realisation across multiple markets.
- Stay updated on AI/Insurtech trends and support change management for adoption.
