Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Trader on the Trading Solutions team to facilitate hedging for client flows and manage risk within approved guardrails. The role requires strong focus on execution quality, market microstructure understanding, and collaboration with risk and research teams.

The ideal candidate brings up to 3 years in OTC crypto trading, hands-on Python coding, and proven ability to convert institutional prospects into clients. Weekend/on-call rotations are possible.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Demonstrated ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.
• Strong client-facing abilities with white-glove service.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hedging needs of client flows and provide best-in-class service.
• Manage trading desk risk exposures within risk appetite and governances.
• Build and optimize quantitative pricing and risk models for trading projects.
• Automate hedge execution to allow traders to focus on complex trades and client engagement.
• Collaborate with risk management to establish controls and guardrails.
