Job summary

Anchorage Digital Singapore is seeking an experienced OTC Trader to support the Trading Solutions team. You will facilitate client hedging needs, manage risk exposures, and contribute to trading tooling and improvements.

The role requires responsiveness and attention to detail across client interactions and market events. Based in Singapore, you will help drive growth in institutional trading while adhering to risk guardrails and contributing to the team’s broader trading strategy.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as an OTC trader in the cryptocurrency space.
• Ability to convert institutional prospects into trading clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform principal trading exposure management, building and optimizing pricing and risk models.
• Lead efforts to automate hedge execution so traders focus on complex work.
• Assist risk management with controls for aggregate market exposure, data buildout, guardrails.
• Follow market narratives to inform internal research and client engagement.
• Help define new products and capabilities for trading clients.
